What is the scholarship all about?

The scholarship is set up to commemorate the hundredth anniversary of the birth of Dr Richard Charles Lee in Hong Kong on March 7, 1905.

Up to two scholarships each year will be awarded.The Foundation will not award any scholarships in a year in which there are no suitable candidates.

The scholarship will normally be for two years but may be extended for a third year.
